Very nice host and experienced guide of the Aso area. Welcomed us with snacks and recommendations for meals, even roasted sweet potatoes for us because we did not plan to use the outdoor barbecue. You get free coffee or tea every day. Would definitely stay again if visiting Aso. The room is nice and big.

Yoshi has created a delightful guest house a 15 minute walk through country lanes from Aso train station. It’s simple, spotless and very friendly. If you want to experience a rural, rustic stay then this is for you

Friendly and casual stay. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. Next to the farming field. Pleasant views.

It is a place you’d like to stay if you are looking for an experience more then just a place to sleep. The only thing I’d recommend is to plan your day so that you arrive closer to the evening, get all the tips and recommendations and have time to follow them in the morning :)
